Anne Heche, Late Actress, Sues Homeowner

Anne Heche, the actress who crashed her car into a fiery explosion in Los Angeles, has filed a lawsuit against the estate. “ravaged”The fire that destroyed her home.

The August accident nearly killed Lynne Mishele, she alleges, and caused her house to collapse.

Authorities said that Heche, 53, was traveling at over 90 mph when her Mini Cooper crashed into the Mar Vista home. Firefighters fought for almost an hour to rescue her from the rubble after the explosion.

Heche sustained severe injuries and then died days later, after her family removed him from life support.

An autopsy found that she had cocaine and fentanyl in her system, according to authorities.

Mishele, who said in her suit that she was only feet from where the car came to rest, claims the crash has left her “completely traumatized, unusually startled by hearing loud noises, plagued by nightmares and flashbacks of the incident, terrified of walking outside, and, atop that, without a place to live.”

The self-employed female seeks unspecified punitive, compensatory, and/or compensatory damages for negligence, emotional distress, and trespassing.

Heche’s car “careened off of the road and barreled through the front of (Mishele’s) house and deep into its interior,”According to the lawsuit. “The front end of the car, incredibly, came to a halt just feet away from Plaintiff and her pets.”
