STRICTLY Come Dancing’s Nikita Kuzmin is shaking off his break-up and is throwing himself into work – sharing videos of him in training with Paralympian Ellie Simmonds.
After news broke that Nikita had split from Nicole Wirt, he chose to ignore his relationship problems and instead spend time with Ellie. Ellie was hilariously cracked under the stress of rehearsal room pressure.

Ellie was seen lying on her back, face down, as she talked to herself and laughed. She wanted to improve her posture after being critiqued by the judges last week.
Ellie is seen telling her story ahead of the annual Movie Week: “Yes Ellie, you can. You can stay in there. Okay.”Before getting the giggles.
Nikita laughs along with Ellie’s jokes and responds: “Who are you talking to?”This causes her to finally realize that she is here.
“Okay Stop. This is how bamboozled my brain is getting,”She tells him through laughter and hysterics. “Speaking to myself. I was going to play something out.”
Then, she collapses to the ground laughing and tells him that her. “brain is fried”.
Finally, she stands up and he asks for her posture. She then does an exaggerated position to show off her new form.
It was a much-needed laugh, considering the pressures of dance practice and Nikita’s split from his girlfriend of five year.
A source told Central Recorder: “Nikita wanted to totally focus on this series of Strictly and decided a while back he wanted to end his relationship with Nicole.
“They had been together for five years and it ended up being a mutual decision.”
They also decided to end their romance because of their personal commitments, including Nicole’s work life and their lives in Germany.
“Nikita only wants the best for Nicole and she feels the same about him,”Source added “For now he wants to put all of his focus on Ellie and their journey on Strictly.”
Ellie and Nikita were fifth on the leaderboards last week and now want to continue their winning streak for Movie Week.
They’ll need this posture to tackle the notoriously challenging Quickstep to Peppy from The Artist.
