Adele FaceTimes with fans, Apologizes for Postponing Residence

Adele surprised some of her loyal fans by using FaceTime calls to surprise them after she postponed her Las Vegas residency, which was only one day before her first show.

Thursday will see the “Easy on Me”The singer was tearful. postWith her 48.8million Instagram followers, she revealed that the “Weekends with Adele” performances were postponed due to “delivery delays and COVID.”

Adele tried to be kind to her fans the next day by calling them during a gathering at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum. This was where her show was scheduled to take place.

An Instagram account with the name dominic_crisonio appeared to show a VideoA partial FaceTime call. Adele, 33, apologised to her fans and they quickly forgave.

“No worries,”One person said. “We love you! Do what you got to do, and when the time comes, it’s going to be exceptional, and we’ll be here cheering you on.”

According toVarietyAdele was tearful as she apologised for the delay and offered free merchandise, tickets to drinks, and a meeting-and-greet after the new dates were set.

A TikTok account named tiffaknee07 has been postedVideothat purported to show “goody bags”Gifted to concert ticket holders who presented their tickets to staff. TikTok footage also showed Adele writing an additional apology note in lipstick on a mirror at Caesars Palace’s merchandise store.

“Hi guys! I’m so upset to not be with you tonight. But I know some of you are here already so please hang out and look at the outfits, take pics of anything you want. Of yourselves and with each other!”The note was read.

“There’s people in the room I worked with on the store and the merch. There’s members of my management in here too to show you around. And any of you in here who were due to come to the shows this weekend can have a gift on me! I’m so sorry again,”The note continued.

Insider asked Adele representatives for their comments but they didn’t immediately respond.

Ayomikun Adekaiyero of Insider reported that tickets to the concerts cost between $85 and $685.

“I’m so sorry but my show ain’t ready,”Adele spoke out on Thursday to her fans in a video. “We’ve tried absolutely everything we can to pull it together in time and for it to be good enough for you but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and Covid. Half my crew, half my team are down with Covid, they still are, and it’s been impossible to finish the show.”

She continued: “And I can’t give you what I have right now and I’m gutted. I’m gutted and I’m sorry it’s so last minute. We’ve been awake for over 30 hours now, trying to figure it out and we’ve run out of time. I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and I’m so sorry to everyone that’s traveled again. I’m really, really sorry. I’m really sorry.”
