This is my favorite vegetarian soup recipe. This soup contains delicious ingredients such as butternut squash, leeks and spinach.
Additional to beans, butternut squash or leeks, and garlic, you will also need Parmesan cheese, olive oils, garlic, and seasonings.
First, add the beans, olive oils, garlic, peppers flakes, squash and sage to the slow cooker. Next, add eight cups of water.
