Phubbing is the act of rejecting someone to use a mobile phone. This practice has unfortunately become all too common.

“Shockingly almost 1/5 of women admitted that they have interrupted intimacy in order to use their mobile phone.

The phone obsession and the phubbing will eventually lead to marriage and relationship breakdowns.

The research found that 54% of couples admit to spending more time on their phones than with their partners. An alarming 46% of those surveyed say they are on their smartphones between 5 and 6 hours per day, which leaves little time to spend in quality relationships.
