Netflix subscribers were able to watch new episodes of one the most loved and longest-lasting shows on the streaming platform at the end 2021. We’re referring, of course, to the newly available fourth season of Cobra Kai — the continuation, in TV form, of the Karate Kid movies.
The series was acquired by Netflix in the middle of 2020. Jon Hurwitz, the series’ co-creator, was also added to the streaming of all four seasons. tweeted last month that they’d just wrapped filming Season 5. As far as what’s currently available to enjoy? This is also one of the most popular Netflix TV series. And we’ll get into all of this below.

For anyone who hasn’t taken the plunge and started streaming the show yet, you don’t need to know too much going into it. The majority of people in a certain age group have either seen or at least heard about the show. Karate Kid movies. You just need to learn that. Cobra KaiThis event takes place more than 30 years after the events at the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament. This is the continuation of the conflict between Daniel LaRusso, Ralph Macchio, and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka).
Netflix’s Season 4 shows the Miyagi-Do Dojos and Eagle Fang Dojos uniting. Their goal is to eliminate Cobra Kai from the All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament. “As Samantha and Miguel try to maintain the dojo alliance and Robby goes all-in at Cobra Kai, the fate of the Valley has never been more precarious,”Netflix teases. “What tricks does Kreese have up his sleeve? Can Daniel and Johnny bury their decades-long hatchet to defeat Kreese? Or will Cobra Kai become the face of karate in the valley?”
Season 4 is, as we have already mentioned, the fourth season of Cobra KaiThe show continues to be one of Netflix’s most popular shows (both from critics and fans). The new season has an impressive 100% rating from critics. Rotten Tomatoes. Fans gave it a 91% score on the reviewaggregation website.
