Powerball Jackpot Reaches $1 Billion – No Winner Yet

Powerball’s second largest jackpot has been reached and is expected to reach $1 billion by the Oct. 31 drawing.

This drawing will determine who wins the largest Powerball jackpot, which is $1.586 billion. It was last drawn in 2016. Powerball reported.

After no ticket matching all the numbers in the Oct. 29 drawing was found, the jackpot increased.

This drawing will give the lucky winner the opportunity to choose between $1 billion over 29 years or $497.3 million cash.

Although there was no lucky winner of the jackpot, some players were able to pick a few numbers and score a couple of big bucks. “smaller” prizes.

Six ticket holders won $1,000,000 for matching all five white balls drawn. A player in Florida also matched all white balls, and was awarded the Power Play feature. This win netted them $ 2,000,000.

The drawing was held on Oct. 29 and 80 tickets won the $50,000 prize. 17 tickets won $150,000, while 3.8 Million tickets won prizes worth $38,000,000 in total.

This will be the 38th drawing in this jackpot series since there has not been a grand prize winner since Aug. 3, when it was $206.9 Million.

Tickets for Powerball are $2 per play. The odds of winning the Jackpot are 1 in 292.2 Million. So if you believe the odds are in favor, grab a ticket.
