A MAN revealed his unique method of keeping the seats next him empty when he travels – and people called it. “creepy”.
In VideoMike Davis, a user on TikTok showed how he makes certain that no one sits beside him after boarding a flight by inviting everyone to join him in his row.

Mike’s video quickly became viral after being shared earlier in the week. It has already been viewed 2.4 million times and received 184,000 likes.
He can be seen sitting in front of the camera, looking up at the empty seat to his right and indicating that the strangers on board the flight are next to him.
They all declined his offer and walked further down the plane instead.
This tactic would be much more effective on US flights because fewer airlines assign seats prior to takeoff than in the UK.
It may not be the right effect for all passengers.
Another user pointed out that Mike’s gender and age may have played a role in his success.
She wrote: “As a young female, this would backfire FAST.”
Another suggestion was to risk the possibility of someone believing they have made a new friend for their flight.
They shared the following comments: “Or you’ll get the most extroverted person alive and talk the entire flight!”
However, most people acknowledged that it would likely work on them because of how creepy the tactic is.
One person said: “I have never been more creeped out in my life! very effective.”
Another person simply stated: “Oh God! Automatic NO!”
