Man Banned From Every Bar & Pub In Town Following Violent Behavior

A drunken lout has been banned from every club and bar in his hometown for being threatening and aggressive towards people, including the bar staff. Jordan Gurney (23 years old) has been issued a two-year criminal behavior order, which prohibits him from all bars, licensed premises, pubs, and bars in Evesham and Pershore, Worcestershire.

He was served with the order earlier this month after he made threats at an Evesham pub, the Gardeners Arms, Worcester News reported. Gurney may be fined or jailed if he fails to obey his ban and goes for a drink at a bar he is not allowed to.

He will also fall foul of the order if he refuses to leave any premises when asked to do so by an authority figure. Pershore Bar 57 is also of limits to Gurney. A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said he “predominantly comes to police attention for drunken aggressive and threatening behavior, often in public houses and licensed premises.”

The Police spokesperson added that the order was granted on Gurney’s conviction for a Section 4 public order offense, committed on May 27, 2021, at the Gardeners Arms Pub, Evesham, where he made threats of violence towards another. For this offense, Gurney was fined £160 and ordered compensation of £100.
