Lala and Scheana’s new Houses: A Inside Look at ‘Vanderpump Rules’

When Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules premiered, Brock Davies and Scheana still lived in their condo and Lala was in her apartment. In fact, she noted in the premiere episode, her brother Easton Burningham had even moved into the same building to be close to her, their mom, and Lala’s daughter Ocean. But the plan was always for Lala to find a new house after she moved out of the home she shared with now ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.

New Digs in the Valley: Lala and Scheana’s Homes on ‘Vanderpump Rules’

Both Scheana and Lala bought their new homes in Sherman Oaks, which you can also call the Valley. Does that mean they’re gearing up to jump ship and head over to The Valley TV show? Probably not. However, both of the women moved up with their new digs, and they’ve shown off their new homes plenty on social media.

Lala’s Mansion in Sherman Oaks

In March 2024, TMZ reported that Lala dropped $3.1 million on a new house in Sherman Oaks. The house has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and more than 5,000 square feet. And it’s probably a good thing there’s so much more space, since Lala is welcoming another baby girl into her family, and will have two young kids running around in no time.

Scheana’s Stylish Abode in Sherman Oaks

In February 2024, it was reported that Scheana bought a house of her own in the same area. Her home, which was $2.5 million, has a pool in the backyard, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and more than 3,800 square feet. That’s a whole lot of space for Scheana to host parties in while singing one of her two main singles for friends.

Joining the Valley Life

In buying their new homes, Scheana and Lala join some of their Vanderpump Rules co-stars, past and present, as residents of the Valley. And even if they aren’t part of the spinoff show, their locations might make it a tad easier to drop in for filming from time to time.

Palm Springs Getaways for Lala and Scheana

Prior to both Scheana and Lala’s new home purchases, they talked about being neighbors on the show. That’s because they both already owned homes in Palm Springs. And swanky ones at that. But Palm Springs isn’t Sherman Oaks, and those houses weren’t their main home bases. So it makes sense for both women to want something close to where they already lived where they could set down roots.

Besides, Palm Springs is just a two-hour drive from Sherman Oaks anyway. They can save their million-dollar Palm Springs homes for their vacation spots. Watch Vanderpump Rules on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
