According to the BBC, the missiles hit more central areas than Russian strikes during the conflict.

A shocking live video from the BBC earlier showed a missile screaming across the sky before colliding into a building.

Ukrainian officials claimed that one of the missiles hit Vladimirsky Street, close to Zelensky’s office.

According to a spokesperson from the State Emergency Services, several explosions caused serious injuries and deaths in the capital of Ukraine.

Vitalii Klitchko of Kyiv reported explosions in the Shevchenko district. This large area is located in central Kyiv, and includes both the historic old city as well several government offices.

Lesia Vasylenko, an elected member of Ukraine’s Parliament, posted a Twitter photo showing that at most one explosion took place near the main building for the Kyiv National University, central Kyiv.

Emergency services in Kyiv stated that the number is unknown.

There are rescuers working at different locations throughout the city.

The explosions are the first to hit the capital in months, as the focus has shifted from the Western regions of Ukraine to the war.

After overnight attacks in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia, the blasts were carried out.

These comments come just days after President Vladimir Putin had accused Ukraine of being a terrorist organization “terrorism”After the explosion at the Crimean Bridge.

Three people died in an explosion at a truck that reportedly caused damage to the Kerch Bridge, which is 12 miles long.

The humiliating explosion of the bridge has led to furious Russian officials calling for strikes in big cities.

Western officials believe the Russian leader will now seek revenge for the blast and fear he even might go nuclear.
