The On the Floor singer canceled her This Is Me Tour on May 31.
She made the announcement amid rampant speculation that she and her Air star husband had called it quits.
Sources have indicated that the cancellation was not due to poor ticket sales, but rather Jennifer’s need to prioritize personal matters.
STRUGGLING MARRIAGE?
Tensions are said to have come to a head as Jennifer filmed her documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, which took fans insider her private life with the Gone Girl actor.
The stress of the documentary reportedly led Ben to move out of their $47 million mansion “several weeks ago,” a celebrity insider claimed.
“They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour,” the source said.
An insider close to the couple said that they barely saw one another and divorce seemed inevitable.
“It’s over; they’re headed for a divorce and for once [Ben’s] not to blame. He’s focusing on his work and kids now,” the source said to InTouch.
“They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted.”
