Multiple reports state that an Instagram model died and her friend is critically ill after she was dumped outside two hospitals.
Christy Giles (24) was the model and aspiring actress. Hilda Marcela Cabrales Arzola (26) was still in critical condition on Wednesday. ABC7 reported.
ABC7 reported that Giles was found on Saturday afternoon on the sidewalk just outside Southern California Hospital, Culver City. She was there for almost 12 hours since her last contact.
Cabrales-Arzola, 26, was left at a different hospital — Kaiser Permanente in West Los Angeles — two hours later, ABC7 reported. AGoFundMe page started on Tuesday“She remained in,” she said. “critical condition and fighting for her life.”
Jan Cilliers, Giles’ husband posted several clips of Giles on Tuesday Instagram. He wrote: “How can this world be so cruel. How can people be so evil.”
Cilliers informed them that the two women had been out partying with a friend on Friday night. KTLA. DailyMail.com Snapchat footage published purporting to show the three women dancing at a warehouse party in East LA.

Giles’ family members said that Giles’ death was suspicious. Cilliers and another friend claimed that Giles’ death was suspicious.
Cilliers stated to KTLA that a Cabrales-Arzola toxicology report had indicated heroin in Cilliers’ system. Cilliers said that the outlet was correct. “nothing that either of those girls would ever do, not voluntarily.”
“I’ve got all the messages that she exchanged with anybody else that night and she was texting Marcela … at 5:30 saying ‘let’s get out of here’ with the wide-eye emoji,” Cilliers said, ABC7 reported.
Los Angeles Police Department reported that overdoses were possible. However, a full autopsy has yet to be performed.
