Rangers were stunned to be greeted in the UK by the first Wilder Blean Bison Calf. “groundbreaking”Rewilding project.
In July, three female bisons were released into West Blean Woods and Thornden Woods near Canterbury as part of the Wilder Blean project. This initiative was initiated by Wildwood Trust and Kent Wildlife Trust to combat climate and biodiversity crises.
