Are you worried about keeping your kids safe at home? Do they burn or get bumped on the head?

You don’t have to worry anymore.

That’s because we’re being joined live on our Mirror Mums Facebook page on Wednesday, September 15 at 2 pm by Kate Ball, the founder of Mini First Aid.

Kate, a mother of six, will be available to answer any questions you might have about first aid. She’ll discuss everything from how to prevent choking to concussions.

The expert can also answer your questions regarding first aid at home. She’ll also share information about her business, including the variety of courses that she offers for children and parents.

Mini First Aid was first launched in January 2014, by Kate and her husband Matt, offering quality baby and child first aid classes to parents and carers.

Mini First Aid is now a franchise business with over 60 franchisees across the country. Kate recognized the potential for growth in the business and began franchising it in 2015.

They have received numerous awards for their classes. The classes are taught in a relaxed, comfortable manner to help parents know what to do in case of an emergency.

The business was also featured in Dragon’s Den. Matt, Kate, and their children were awarded the support of Sara Davies.

They have been providing first aid training for many parents over the years, including Giovanna Flecher.

In a post on their website, the author, actress, and mum said: “It was a pleasure meeting Kate and Jacky from Mini First Aid and being taught what to do in case of an emergency. Learning CPR and what to do when a child is choking is invaluable.

“Obviously, I hope I never had to use the things I learned in today’s class, but horrible things happen, and knowing these techniques can really make a huge difference. Despite the serious topic, the class was enjoyable and easily accessible.

“I would highly recommend everyone doing it.”
