Duggar was asked by a YouTube fan what his biggest misconception about his family was. The video lasted around fifteen minutes. Duggar is very upset when his family tells him that he has been brainwashed. Some even suggest that the Duggar children will all have the same number as their parents.
Jed asserts that he is not brainwashed, and has his own thoughts. Katey agrees. Jed claims he has disagreements about his father as with any family. They talk about the issues and come up with solutions. Jed also defends both of his parents saying they aren’t perfect but are humble people. Jed claims he is proud of his parents and has great respect for them.

Duggar-lovers believe Michelle Duggar or Jim Bob Duggar have brainwashed the children. They don’t know they were brainwashed. Of course, some of Duggar’s siblings have decided to get away from the family and rarely associate with them. Some Duggar sisters rarely see the family.
Fans have noticed that Katey has already been seen breaking one of Jim Bob’s cardinal rules. Katie was last seen wearing jeans, which Jim Bob forbade his daughters from using. Duggar posted the picture of his wife and their firstborn, Truitt. Jed’s first child was born in May and they haven’t given any indication of adding to the family just yet.

The Duggars’ oldest son, Josh Duggar, is in prison serving time for child pornography charges. Josh was taken into police custody last spring. Josh is currently serving twelve years for his crime. Josh’s arrest and conviction have been a huge issue for the Duggar family. The trial progressed and even the siblings were split on this.
Josh is alleged to have abused several of his sisters and another girl many years ago. Josh also attended rehab many years ago for pornography problems. This was while Josh was married with Anna Duggar. Josh is now in prison appealing his conviction. Fans will have a wait and watch to see what happens. However, some of Josh’s alleged victims are glad that he is in prison where he cannot hurt anyone else.
Jed is the only one who can decide how much influence he has on his parents. Fans will have the opportunity to watch and wait to see if it changes.
