Beyond Salem Spoilers. The Prisms Return To A DOOL Storyline From the Mid-1980s
Viewers should be aware that the Beyond Salem storyline, and the magical prisms, tie back to a DOOL storyline that was in place in the mid-1980s. Two characters also return from the mid-1980s, one is Steve Burton as Harris Michaels, a high school boyfriend of Eve Donovan’s (most recently Kassie DePaiva). Megan Hathaway DiMera is Megan Wilson (Miranda Wilson). This character will return from the dead after she was electrocuted to death in a bathtub.
Megan was the daughter of Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo), and a high-school girlfriend of Bo Brady. (Peter Reckell). Stefano had hired Megan to help him find the three prisms which he believed would cure his brain tumour.

Dool viewers who have been watching the show for a while will remember that this storyline also featured Tony DiMera and Andre (both Thaao Penghlis), fighting in a pool filled with quicksand. Also, Roman Brady, then played by Wayne Northrop, died in Bo’s arms, with Roman later being resurrected. Daphne DiMera (Madlyn Rhue) who was Tony’s mother, also died in this storyline in a plane crash along with Roman. Hope Williams’ (Kristian Alfonso) first husband, Larry Welch (Andrew Hyatt Massett) and Maxwell Hathaway (Tom Hallick), Megan’s adoptive father traveled to the 1984 World’s Fair along with Bo. A sculpture there contained the first prism, the second, in Daphne’s necklace, and the third, in the Soviet Union and it was really a bomb!
Beyond Salem Spoilers “Magic”One of The Prisms was actually Technology
The “magic”The technology behind the prisms was actually medical and technological advances. When the prisms were combined under a laser beam they would reveal many medical and technological breakthroughs. Stefano needed them to help him with his terminal brain tumor. The one that was actually a bomb would change colors: light blue, darkblue, green, yellow and orange. Red was the sign that the bomb was ready to explode. The three prisms became lost over time.
Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) dropped the most dangerous bomb prism into the Atlantic Ocean. The fate of the two remaining bomb prisms was not known. However, Beyond Salem might be able to answer this question.

Evidently, someone has found all of it.Prisms and devious plans are createdDespite the fact that technology and medicine are much more advanced, they can still unite and recover their secrets. John and Steve will be brainwashed in order to steal at most one of the three prisms. Megan Harris is suspected to have been involved in the scheme. Hope wore one of the three prisms in an ice skating outfit in the 1980s. Hope may still have the information. The bomb, the third prism, must be placed in ice to prevent it from heating up and exploding.
