Adele Ends the Drama of Her Las Vegas Residency

Adele’s fans might have been disappointed by the cancellation of her Las Vegas residency. However, the singer says that the decision was made with good intentions. The London native, who appears in the September cover of ElleAccording to the publication, “There was just no soul in it. The stage setup wasn’t right. It was very disconnected from me and my band, and it lacked intimacy.”The “Oh My God” singer went on to explain that the moment – which she called “the worst” in her entire career – left her feeling embarrassed. Adele also recalled a time during dress rehearsals when Adele became frustrated and decided to perform acapella instead. “This would be the best part of the show,”She continued. “For me, and for you. This is what I want.”

Jonathan Dickins her longtime manager, agreed with Adele and stressed that she wanted to be an authentic artist. “For her to go out and perform a show she’s not happy with would be a lie to the fans,”Dickins spoke to the publication.
