5 Alleged Hells Angels Arrested In Connection To Assault and Murder At Chris Stapleton Concert: According to Reports

According to published reports, five alleged members from a motorcycle gang have been arrested in connection with violence at the Chris Stapleton concert in California in June.

According to media reports, the men, who allegedly all have ties with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club were arrested Tuesday in connection with a murder as well as an assault on an off-duty police officer at a concert.

Hells Angels has been called a “outlaw motorcycle gang,”According to The Department of Justice. It is used in illegal activity. KRON local outlet.

According to police, the incident occurred on June 18, at 10:45 p.m. Officers received a report from a man who was not responding near the concert stage.

Juan Gonzalez, 41 years old, died after being rushed to a local hospital. According to published reports, Gonzalez was treated by Mountain View Fire Department (MVFD).

According to KTVU is a local outlet, police said the Santa Clara County coroner later determined the cause of Gonzalez’s death was blunt force trauma.

According to police, the incident occurred during the concert. Police say that a group of men gathered near the portable toilets assaulted an off-duty officer and then fled the scene.

According to KRON, the MVPD worked alongside the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) throughout the case.

During their investigation, the authorities discovered the identities of the suspects and found that they were related to the Hells Angels.

Dominic Guardado (33), was charged with convincing a witness not to commit a crime. Julio Moran (43), was charged with assault by methods to likely produce great bodily harm. David Wiesenhaven, 38, was charged with assault by means to likely to produce great bodily injury. Logan Winterton, 37, was charged with murder and assault by means to likely to produce great bodily injury. Raymond Cunanan, 42, was charged with dissuading a witness to a crime and assault by means to likely to produce great bodily injury

According to reports, police executed search warrants at each suspect’s homes and at the Hells Angels clubhouse, San Francisco. Each man was taken into custody with no incident.

“I am exceptionally grateful for the dedication and tenacity our detectives put into this case to bring justice to the victims involved,”According to Chris Hsiung, Mountain View Police Chief, KTVU.

KRON reports that the FBI informed the outlet that court-authorized law enforcement activity occurred in the 1000 block Tompkins Avenue Tuesday morning. They cannot give any further information at the moment.
