“When everyday tools are inherently pleasing to the eye, you’re always surrounded by beauty,”Apartment Therapy was able to understand her explanation.

According to an interior expert, minimalism can also be a great way to elevate your home’s style.

“Keep as few items in the bedroom as possible. Bedside lamps, candles, a book or two, and a stylish carafe at most. Everything else must go,”She advised.

Moore also recommended incorporating artwork and tasteful décor pieces into your home.

She said: “The more you can show an interest in art and culture, the better.”

Your home can look better if you replace old ceiling lights with newer lighting fixtures.

Candace Toscano, interior designer, suggested that you replace the lampshades of any table or floor lamp if there is no overhead lighting.

He also shared tips and tricks for staging homes to make them appear more expensive.

You can create a subtle sweet aroma in your home by placing a few drops on aluminum foil.

Both experts recommend hanging curtains that are high quality close to the ceiling for a classy and chic look.

“Fabric like velvet, silk, and linen give a more sophisticated look than basic cotton curtains,”Toscano spoke out about Apartment Therapy.
