Yumi’s Cells season 3: What we know so far as per webtoon
Yumi’s Cells season 2 ended with Yumi finding her footing as a well-established writer. Although Yumi and Babi weren’t together anymore, the time jump at the finale revealed that they are not married. But viewers were able to meet Soonrok.
The breakup of Yumi and Babi was bittersweet but ultimately seeing how Babi continues to be supportive of Yumi’s dreams, it leaves a positive impression in viewers’ minds and also a possibility of another tale of romance for the future season of Yumi’s Cells.
According to the webtoon, Yumi meets her husband Soonrok when he becomes the editor for Yumi’s book. Soonrok and Yumi’s professional relationship doesn’t seem to be that romantic. Soonrok is introverted and finds it exhausting to be in social situations. Soonrok begins to open up to Yumi as he tells her all about himself and falls in love with her.
They eventually fall in love and get married on the webtoon.
The mysterious Soonrok was revealed to viewers in season 2. While the show didn’t reveal his identity, Soonrok shared a photo with Kim Go Eun. Fans are eager to see him play the next leading role in the upcoming season.
