You can dance, and you can jive. But can you find a third? \u201cMamma Mia!\u201d movie? Well, according to franchise star Christine Baranski \u2014 maybe!<\/p>\n

A new interview was conducted with Entertainment Weekly<\/a>, the actress (currently starring on HBO\u2019s \u201cThe Gilded Age\u201d) noted that she her movie musical castmates really were having the times of their lives on \u201cMamma Mia!\u201d and \u201cMamma Mia! Here We Go Again,\u201d so it wouldn\u2019t take much convincing to repeat the experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we could go back and have the same amount of good fun and be on a Greek island together filming and dining together at night at some wonderful trattoria or taverna, I don\u2019t think anybody would give you an argument,\u201d Baranski said.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"<\/p><\/div>\n

She has a good idea of her character’s past since the end of \u201cMamma Mia! Here We Go Again\u201d \u2014 and as always, Tanya has remained deeply on-brand.<\/p>\n

\u201cTanya married, although by now she may be divorced,\u201d Baranski said. \u201cShe may have gotten bored with this man.\u201d<\/p>\n

But all hope is not lost. But the actress did admit that it\u2019d be super difficult to make happen, simply because working out the schedules of all the major stars in those movies \u2014 like Meryl Streep, Julie Walters, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, and most recently, Cher \u2014 is \u201ca nightmare.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the powers that are wanted to give \u201cMamma Mia!\u201dReunion treatment like \u201cFriends\u201d \u201cHarry Potter\u201d have gotten over on HBO Max, Baranski noted it\u2019d be much easier.<\/p>\n

\u201cI always think \u2018wouldn\u2019t it be fun just to get back together on that Greek island and maybe film all of us having dinner and telling the stories and singing all Abba songs?’\u201dShe added. \u201cAnd then just have it filmed as a great night out.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
