According to reports, a dispute broke out when a fan requested an autograph outside of a club. Things escalated from there.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Donda<\/em>Los Angeles Police Department claims rapper is a suspect in an investigation into misdemeanor battery. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2022\/01\/13\/kanye-west-ye-investigated-battery-lapd\/\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2022\/01\/13\/kanye-west-ye-investigated-battery-lapd\/\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ<\/a>It was reported that an argument had turned physical.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"hawk-nest\" data-render-type=\"fte\" data-skip=\"dealsy\" data-widget-type=\"seasonal\"><\/aside>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxla.com\/video\/1022967\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.foxla.com\/video\/1022967\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox 11 Los Angeles<\/a>According to the report, the fan reported the incident. He said that Kanye West approached him in his car outside Soho Warehouse at around 3 AM asking for autographs. The fan claimed that West punched him and jumped out his car after the two argued.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fox 11 reported that Kanye drove off, and that a police investigation was initiated. LAPD is currently investigating this alleged incident and has filed a police report.<\/p>\n<p>TMZ reported earlier in the evening that Kanye West was having a party with Julia Fox at Delilah. Fox remained at the club while he apparently went home. TMZ also captured video of the rapper screaming and yelling. &#8220;Did y&#8217;all say that or not?&#8221;A person was seen outside a vehicle on Wednesday night or Thursday morning. However, it is unclear how the video is related.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, Kanye West was in a new relationship with Julia Fox (who appeared in the movie), the incident happened. <em>Uncut Gems<\/em>Adam Sandler. They were first seen together in Miami. Since then, they have been confirming their relationship by doing a PDA-filled photo shoot. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interviewmagazine.com\/culture\/date-night\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.interviewmagazine.com\/culture\/date-night\" rel=\"noopener\">Interview<\/a> magazine.<\/p>\n<p>Ye is reportedly distracted as much as possible from Kim Kardashian&#8217;s relationship with Pete Davidson. Ye and Pete have been together since October when she hosted her guest hosting gig on <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em>. Kanye West launched a public campaign in 2021 to win his wife back.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A move that the Kardashians family discovered &#8220;a little bit weird,&#8221;Kanye West bought a house right next to Kim Kardashian&#8217;s. Rather than it being a move to win back his wife, however, it seems he just wants to remain close to his four children \u00a0\u2013 \u00a0North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kim Kardashian apparently was okay with her soon to be ex&#8217;s move. Kim Kardashian also seems to be fine with Julia Fox&#8217;s new girlfriend Kayne West being a. &#8220;die-hard&#8221; <em>Keep Up with the Kardashians<\/em> fan. Kardashian is cooler than a cucumber these times, isn&#8217;t it? Pete Davidson must keep her very, very happy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kanye West has been involved in a lot lately.
