The latest lawsuit filed over the deadly Astroworld tragedy is seeking at least $750 million from a long list of defendants including Travis Scott, Drake, Apple, Live Nation \u2013 even Britney Spears\u2019 former management company Tri Star Sports & Entertainment.<\/p>\n

The Texas complaint filed Tuesday against Tri Star boss Lou Taylor includes an image of Taylor taking a photo of Scott, one her clients, in the filing. The filing contained an image of Taylor posing for a photo with Scott, one of her clients. A member of #FreeBritney tweeted this message<\/a>Nov. 6, one day after the Houston crowd-control tragedy that left 10 people dead,<\/p>\n

Tri Star’s lawyer declined to comment on the matter when Tri Star was reached by Rolling Stone<\/em>On Wednesday<\/p>\n

Tony Buzbee of Texas was the one who filed the complaint for more than 125 plaintiffs. Rolling Stone<\/em>He believes in all the defendants \u201cignored\u201dA series of red flags should be raised, and the responsible party should be held accountable.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen people say, \u2018Tony, How can you sue Apple TV, the record labels and these other peripheral entities?\u2019 Well I would suggest they threw in with this. They were promoting this, encouraging this and profiting from this,\u201dHe said. \u201cIt\u2019s profits over people. And if the show doesn\u2019t go on, people don\u2019t get paid.\u201d<\/p>\n

He stated that no one was. \u201cincentivized to stop this show,\u201dFrom the permitting process to the last song onstage, so much was at stake.<\/p>\n

\u201cI guarantee you, had the crowd attacked the stage or interfered with the performers themselves, oh my goodness, they would have called in every police officer within a hundred miles. But as long as the performers weren\u2019t in any kind of jeopardy, who gives a shit about the people in the crowd, I guess, was the attitude. And it can\u2019t be like that,\u201dHe said.<\/p>\n

The new lawsuit is being brought by the parents of victim Axel Acosta, who are leading plaintiffs. Acosta, 21-year-old, died in concert on Nov. 5, after he had been injured. \u201ccrushed by the incited, unruly and out-of-control crowd with such force that he could no longer breathe,\u201dThe paperwork says so.<\/p>\n

The suit, which also includes gross negligence, details the timeline that NRG Park’s concert was accused of having problems with. \u201cmobs\u201dThere were many reports of concertgoers pushing through 10-foot fences, jumping barsricades, and breaking checkpoints throughout the day. Reports of people suffering from crush injuries or difficulty breathing began to pour in shortly after Scott took the stage at nine o’clock. Even after a \u201cmass-casualty event\u201dHouston Police declared the show canceled at 9:38 pm. Scott performed for the Houston Police. \u201canother 40 minutes, even introducing and performing with [Drake],\u201dThe paperwork says so.<\/p>\n

Scott, whose legal name was Jacques Webster has stated that he didn’t know people were suffocating among the crowd. In an Instagram message, the rapper stated that he had no idea people were being suffocating. \u201ccould just never imagine the severity of the situation.\u201dKylie Jenner (wife of Stormi), also released a statement, stating that Scott and her were in a relationship. \u201cbroken and devastated.\u201d<\/p>\n

Drake himself posted an Instagram statement calling the deadly concert “a” \u201cdevastating tragedy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI hate resorting to this platform to express an emotion as delicate as grief but this is where I find myself,\u201d Drake\u00a0wrote. \u201cMy heart is broken for the families and friends of those who lost their lives and for anyone who is suffering. I will continue to pray for all of them, and will be of service in any way I can, May God be with you all.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dozens of other Astroworld lawsuits have been filed in Harris County District Court in Texas, including one by the father of Ezra Blount, the 9-year-old boy trampled at the concert who lingered in a coma for days before he died Sunday in a children\u2019s hospital. Buzbee indicated that he anticipates the cases being consolidated in Houston by a Texas Supreme Court appointed judge within the next 60-days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
