The full soundtrack to Netflix’s One Piece series includes 79 original tracks from veteran composers Giona Ottinelli, Sonya Belosova

One Piece’s live-action hits all of the high notes in terms of acting, character arcs, and visual storytelling; however, the music behind the series is equally as impressive, immersing the audience in the world of One Piece like never before – here is the entire 79 track playlist from the official One Piece soundtrack.

The official soundtrack for Netflix’s live-action One Piece adaptation was composed by Sonya Belousova and Giona Ostinelli.

Belousova’s career spans ballet composition, but she has also worked on The Witcher (2019), The Mist (17) and Dexter (12).

Ostinelli has also been a veteran, with titles like The Witcher (2019), The Mist, (2017) Little Miss Perfect, 24:Live Another Day, (2013) Elementary, (2012) Community, (2011) and Homeland, (2011).

Speaking to What’s On Netflix, the two One Piece composers revealed how their shared experience working on The Witcher helped them form the music to Eiichiro’s Oda’s iconic series.

“One Piece was really such a perfect project for us because after The Witcher, there was so much world-building in that project, and then when Toss a Coin blew up, and then suddenly one morning we woke up and it was number one on Billboard,” Belousova noted.

“So then One Piece was really the perfect continuation is that was another project that allowed us to really play around with this world-building and create a very unique and particular and diverse score. We love this. So much fun.”

Belousova also explained how “The score for the live-action universe is very diverse stylistically because the whole universe is so diverse and our straw heads are so diverse within their roots and backgrounds and also their diverse and unique personalities and fighting styles and skill sets.”

“So the whole concept of diversity was really something that was very paramount to us when building this music universe, and the score ranges stylistically from epic swashbuckling orchestra to songs featuring incredible artists such as Norwegian art-pop sensation Aurora, to hip hop featuring an amazing artist, Flawless Real Talk to rap to folk to big band jazz funk fusion.”

Netflix released the soundtrack to the One Piece series just minutes after it premiered in the United States.

The soundtrack is available as a separate playlist for fans on various platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, Amazon Music, Youtube Music, VevoPandora.

One Piece Soundtrack:

Netflix now offers all 8 episodes of One Piece, season 1.

The makings of One Piece’s epic soundtrack
