{"id":169691,"date":"2023-08-26T22:30:14","date_gmt":"2023-08-26T17:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centralrecorder.com\/how-to-play-as-the-character\/"},"modified":"2023-08-26T22:31:59","modified_gmt":"2023-08-26T17:01:59","slug":"you-can-play-the-character-in-a-number-of-ways","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centralrecorder.com\/you-can-play-the-character-in-a-number-of-ways\/","title":{"rendered":"You can play the character in a number of ways."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div>\n<p><time datetime=\"2023-08-25T17:51:36-07:00\">August 25, 2020 @ 5:51 P.M.<\/time><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Fortnite and Lucasfilms Games will be bringing Ahsoka, played by Rosario Dawson, in the live-action Disney+ show, to Fortnite. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.starwars.com\/news\/ahsoka-fortnite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a> On Friday,  <\/p>\n<p>On Sept. 26, Fortnite gamers will be able to unlock the character by buying the current Season\u2019s Battle Pass.<\/p>\n<p>Previous \u201cStar Wars\u201d characters to appear in the game include Kylo Ren, played by Adam Driver in the film franchise, and Boba Fett, who was portrayed by Temuera Morrison in \u201cThe Mandalorian\u201d and by Daniel Logan in \u201cThe Book of Boba Fett.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-the-wrap-read-more\">\n<div class=\"the-wrap-read-more__container\">\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/centralrecorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/How-to-Play-as-the-Character.jpg\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium\" alt=\"ahsoka-rosario-dawson\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" data-portal-copyright=\"\" data-has-syndication-rights=\"1\" title=\"\">\t\t\t\t\t<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>In July, the Matt Groening animated series \u201cFuturama\u201d crossed over with the game, with users able to play as characters Fry, Leela, or Bender. On July 24, the series&#8217; 11th episode was released on Hulu after many years of being off-air. <\/p>\n<p>Previously, the game featured crossovers with \u201cSpider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,\u201d \u201cAvengers: Infinity War.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Epic Games released Fortnite in 2017. In the video game Fortnite, players are able to create their own squads and worlds in Battle Royale Mode, which pits 100 players against each other until one is standing.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-the-wrap-read-more\">\n<div class=\"the-wrap-read-more__container\">\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/centralrecorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/How-to-Play-as-the-Character.png\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium\" alt=\"Fortnite\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" data-portal-copyright=\"\" data-has-syndication-rights=\"1\" title=\"\">\t\t\t\t\t<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>This game is now an Olympic E-Sport, and has helped define how a future virtual Olympic event should look.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAhsoka,\u201d the fourth Disney+ live-action Star Wars series, also stars David Tennant, Hayden Christensen, Ray Stevenson, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Eman Esfadi, Genevieve O\u2019Reilly, Ivanna Sakhno,  Diana Lee Inosanto, Lars Mikkelsen and Paul Darnell.<\/p>\n<p>The character of Ahsoka was first created for George Lucas and Dave Filoni\u2019s animated series \u201cStar Wars: The Clone Wars\u201d and was also featured in Disney XD\u2019s \u201cStar Wars: Rebels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The first two episodes of \u201cAhsoka\u201d premiered on Disney+ on Aug. 23, with new episodes releasing each Wednesday through Oct. 3.
