She regularly shares safety tips with her TikTok audience of 360,000.<\/p>\n

Cici started to feel unsafe when she discovered how “simple” it is to get into a hotel room.<\/p>\n

Her safety tips are now her go-to for every hotel stay. <\/p>\n

One video shows how an ironing board can be propped up against a door to act as a burglar deterrent.<\/p>\n

She said: “You just need to take your ironingboard, place it against the front door, and you’ll hear loudly if someone tries entering.”<\/p>\n

Other safety tips include covering the hotel’s peephole with tissue to keep prying eyes out. <\/p>\n

Then she explained how. travellers<\/span> To prevent the handle getting pressed, you can place two coathangers that are interlocked from both the latch and the door handle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cici recommends that you invest in an alarm door wedge before leaving on your trip. <\/p>\n

Cici explained she always places one of these under her hotel door, and keeps another one with her in the event that there is an adjoining bedroom to be navigated.<\/p>\n

Flight attendants also taught their fans to inspect hotel rooms and check for any problems before they enter. <\/p>\n

She told me that you always should do it with the front door propped up. <\/p>\n

She said, “I’ve had many situations. I also know that other people have experienced similar situations.”<\/p>\n

“One time I walked into a hotel room that was already occupied when I had my kids\u00a0and the man screamed and scared us all out of our minds.<\/p>\n

Then I learned how often people double-book a hotel room.<\/p>\n

Cici warned that hotel staff are often able to enter rooms without permission. <\/p>\n

The woman revealed that she was frightened when the housekeeper entered her room as she was taking a shower. <\/p>\n
