While her terrified family waited, they waited for any sign that she was breathing again.<\/p>\n<p>They also used back thrusts to accomplish their goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter more repeated back thrusts, we eventually started seeing a lot more movement from the baby, it felt like she was coming to,\u201dInside Edition: Richard Duchaine, Kansas City Police Officer tells Inside Edition.<\/p>\n<p>The moment she started breathing again was captured by body camera footage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe&#8217;s breathing now, she&#8217;s breathing,\u201d Officer Charles Owen tells the baby\u2019s family as he continues working on her. \u201cLet me see. Open that mouth, come on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Duchaine took the baby to the hospital.
