With so many other MCU movies set to release before it, we\u2019re not likely to hear much about Deadpool 3<\/em>For quite some time. Hugh Jackman shared some tantalizing teases, In his recent Variety<\/em>Profile<\/a>, including a potential clue about the movie\u2019s real title.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The extensive interview is nearing its end. Variety<\/em>Jackman acknowledged that although he was happy with his decision not to retire as Wolverine after watching the first screening, he had second thoughts. Deadpool<\/em>It was released in 2016.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was 20 minutes in, and I was like, \u2018Ah, damn it!\u2019\u201dJackman spoke of the Deadpool<\/em> screening. \u201cAll I kept seeing in my head was 48 Hours<\/em> with Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy. So it\u2019s been brewing for a long time. It just took me longer to get here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jackman had been contemplating his return since then, and Disney bought 20th Century Fox. Jackman claimed that Ryan Reynolds had been begining him to return for a Deadpool-Wolverine partnership in the third movie. \u201con the daily.\u201dJackman called Reynolds in August to inform him that he was here. We got this a month later:<\/p>\n

Unsurprisingly, Reynolds didn\u2019t even try to contain his excitement speaking to Variety<\/em>About the long-awaited crossover that will be part the MCU<\/p>\n

Oh my God, I\u2019m thrilled. It\u2019s like old home week. It’s a dream come true to get to spend every day on set with one my closest friends. But to do it with these two iconic characters side by side, that\u2019s beyond our wildest dreams.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Marvel fans will be captivated by this quote in particular. Both actors are currently on set \u201ceach and every day\u201d together? This seems to suggest that Wolverine will do more than just make a cameo. Jackman also made reference to 48 Hrs.<\/em>The answer is THE<\/em>Classic buddy cop movie starring Eddie Murphy & Nick Nolte.<\/p>\n

Jackman suggested that the title might be an indication of Jackman’s intentions. Deadpool 3<\/em>This could be a placeholder. If you are asked about the name, Deadpool 3<\/em>Jackman stated that he was \u201cpretty sure Wolverine wouldn\u2019t like that title.\u201dHugh may get Wolverine in his title before it’s all over.<\/p>\n

Deadpool 3<\/em>After recent delays, it is now scheduled to be in theaters November 8, 2024.<\/p>\n
