The next time you shop at Starbucks, you could save money on your next trip by getting Delta Airlines miles.<\/p>\n

Delta Air Lines announced Wednesday that it has partnered with Starbucks to offer customers in the US the opportunity to receive rewards from both companies.<\/p>\n

To earn the rewards, customers need to sign up with Delta SkyMiles loyalty programs and Starbucks Rewards.<\/p>\n

Delta News Hub<\/a>Explained that the new rewards programme began on October 12, 2022.<\/p>\n

Customers from the US can connect to their accounts via starbucksdelta.com and deltastarbucks.com. <\/p>\n

Loyalty members can earn 1 mile for every $1 spent at Starbucks on eligible purchases.<\/p>\n

They will also fly with Delta on days that enrolled members are not flying. “earn double Stars on eligible purchases at participating Starbucks stores,”Delta made the statement in a press release.<\/p>\n

The benefit is available to all members who are currently enrolled, as well as new loyalty members.<\/p>\n

Prashant Sharma, Vice President of Loyalty at Delta, said in a statement: “We\u2019re continuing to evolve Delta\u2019s SkyMiles program to give our customers valuable, premium experiences not just on the days they travel but in their everyday lives as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThrough this new partnership with Starbucks, we can deliver more moments and interactions that matter, both in the air and on the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anyone can apply to become a Starbucks Reward member at\u00a0starbucks.com\/rewards<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And those in need of\u00a0a Delta SkyMiles membership can get one at\u00a0delta.com\/join-skymiles<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ryan Butz, Vice President, Loyalty Strategy and Marketing at Starbucks, said in a statement at the time of the program announcement: “Starbucks Rewards and Delta SkyMiles are centered on creating moments of meaningful connection, and by bringing together two of the country\u2019s most celebrated loyalty programs we are able to reward our members with more of what they love.<\/p>\n

“We are excited to partner with Delta to offer our members even more valuable benefits, as well as invite more customers to join Starbucks Rewards.\u201d<\/p>\n

These rewards are perfect for an era when Americans across America are experiencing a rise in airfare fair prices.<\/p>\n

Americans are seeing an increase in the cost of airline tickets, and more flights are being cancelled than ever.<\/p>\n

Airlines have continued to fluctuate and are among the companies that are still struggling to return to their pre-Covid-19\u00a0pandemic performance.<\/p>\n

Along with an increase in demand, airlines are also dealing with\u00a0rising fuel costs\u00a0and\u00a0labor shortages.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe demand is off the charts,\u201d\u00a0Delta Air Lines\u00a0Inc. CEO Ed Bastian said of the increases, via\u00a0Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n
