A voice recording of Matt Walsh, an American right-wing political commentator, appears to have been lost. He advocates for girls as young 16 years old to get married and become pregnant.<\/p>\n

The disturbing clip was shared by Twitter user @theserfstv and purports to show Walsh claiming that teenage pregnancy isn\u2019t a problem in society, but unwed pregnancy is. Walsh has not verified it.<\/p>\n

He also advocated for teenage girls being impregnated because it was \u201ctechnically when they’re at their most fertile\u201d and that it\u2019s only recently that society deemed that being teenaged is \u201ctoo young to start a family\u201d.<\/p>\n

The clip shows the man saying: \u201cTo all of a sudden act like this phenomenon of girls getting pregnant at a young age, to be considered young \u2013 16 or 17 \u2013 to act like it\u2019s a new thing is ridiculous. It\u2019s always been that way.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued: \u201cGirls between the ages of like 17 and 24 is when they\u2019re technically most fertile. That\u2019s biological, that\u2019s a fact alright, I\u2019m just stating facts, that\u2019s all I\u2019m doing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The clip ended with the man suggesting that teenage pregnancy is not a bad thing. However, unwed pregnancy can be a good thing.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I\u2019m saying is that the problem is not per se teenage pregnancy, it\u2019s unwed pregnancy \u2013 that\u2019s the problem in society. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s only problematic when you are not married and you don\u2019t have the man there to help you take care of the kids because he\u2019s a coward.\u201d<\/p>\n

The clip was viewed more than 300,000. People also had their own opinions.<\/p>\n

One user on Twitter was so horrified that he wrote: \u201cMatt Walsh wants 16 year old girls to pop out babies instead of normal teen aged things like graduating high school.<\/p>\n
