She sang her hit song \u201cBaby Please Come Home\u201d on his late night talk show every Dec. 25 for 28 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve earned it. If Mariah has a problem, call David or my lawyer!!\u201d Love wrote on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Singer Elizabeth Chan also may have a claim to the \u201cthrone.\u201d She\u2019s released 11 Christmas albums, including \u2014 yep \u2014\u201cThe Queen of Christmas.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe problem is that there are many queens of Christmases that have come way before her, way before me. And there will be many queens of Christmases after me,\u201d Chan said.<\/p>\n<p>Legal experts say the &#8220;All I Want for Christmas Is\u00a0You&#8221; singer\u00a0is unlikely to succeed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChristmas is something you can&#8217;t really trademark. \u2018Queen of Christmas\u2019 is sort of vague. This is likely to be a legal loser for her,\u201dRoyal Oakes, a legal analyst, said.<\/p>\n<p>Carey revealed that she doesn&#8217;t consider her to be the Queen of Christmas when she spoke out last December.
