This includes Paramount+ originals \u201cHalo,\u201d \u201cMayor of Kingstown\u201d and \u201c1883\u201d along with shows from Paramount-owned Showtime including \u201cYellowjackets\u201d and \u201cSuper Pumped: The Battle for Uber,\u201d all of which are available in Korea for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>The deal is part of a global partnership between Paramount and CJ ENM, which co-owns Tving, and will also see seven Korean original shows distributed on Paramount+.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tpd-read-more-container\" style=\"border-top:1px solid #e0e0e0;border-bottom:1px solid #e0e0e0; padding-top:15px;padding-bottom:15px; display:flex;margin-bottom:1.5em;margin-top:1.5em;\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/centralrecorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1646994058_101_Ukrainian-Film-Academy-Calls-for-Boycott-Against-Russia.jpg\" alt=\"SAG-AFTRA Board Approves New Network Television Code for Non-Primetime Broadcasts\" style=\"position: absolute;top: 0;left: 0;width: 100%;height: 100%;-o-object-fit: cover;object-fit: cover;\" title=\"\"><\/p><\/div>\n<p>The first production to launch as part of that partnership is the upcoming series \u201cYonder,\u201d set to launch on Tving in late 2022 and on Paramount+ where the services is available. Per the official description, the science fiction drama, set in 2032, follows \u201ca man who receives a message from his deceased wife inviting him to the mysterious space called Yonder. The space is designed for the dead to be able to live on by uploading memories of their lifetime from their brain. The show raises questions about life and death and what it means to have eternal happiness as humanity faces a world altered by advancements in science and technology.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe launch of Paramount+ in Korea with TVING marks a pivotal moment in our expansion, as we introduce our premium streaming service to Asia.
