Judith Durham, an Australian musician, has tragically passed away. diedAged 79.

The singer/songwriter was also the voice of The Seekers, an Australian folk music group that formed in Melbourne in 1982.

Judith Durham’s husband died in 1994

From 1969 to 1994, Judith was married for 35 years to Ron Edgeworth, a British pianist.

He was her musical director and and an actor and composer who is known for Raw Deal (1977) and Cash and Company (1975), according to IMDb.

They wed at Scots’ Church in Melbourne and lived in the UK and Switzerland until the mid-1980s before moving to Nambour, Queensland.

He was diagnosed as having motor neurone and sadly passed away on December 10, 1994 with Judith at his side. She never got married again.

Judith believed that karma and reincarnation were important, and so she was able to rest assured that Ron was on his spiritual path.
