The virus decimated the “Today”Savannah Guthrie was absent from the show in January, and Hoda Koutb had to cancel shows or work remotely. Roberts was absent during the week January 16th, fans noticed. “Good Morning America,”This has raised many concerns about her health. Roberts shared the reason she wasn’t at work on January 20.
“Appreciate the concern about my absence this week on @GMA. Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid,” Roberts tweeted. “Grateful my symptoms have been mild and that I’m doing well. Looking forward to returning as soon as I can.”The morning show host has always been vocal about safety measures and getting vaccinated in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. “COVID-19 in Our Community.”
