October is almost here, which brings with it the official countdown until Halloween. But, the end of September still offers a creepy treat before the start of the spooky season. The new movie SmileAfter its debut at Fantastic Fest last weekend, the film will be in theaters Friday. The reviews have been glowing about the movie and it sounds like a scary, thrill-filled adventure. It’s already generating a lot of buzz and Stephen King’s endorsement only adds to it.

The Carrie The ShiningEvidently, author was able to attend a screening of the film before its theatrical release. It seems that he was very happy to have done so. Referring to his personal experience, TwitterKing calls from account SmileA “good, scary horror film,”He saves Sosie Bacon his greatest praise. SmileParker Finn has made his feature directorial debut with this film. The film is based on his 2020 short titled Laura Doesn’t Sleep. Rose Cotter stars Sosie Bacon as a doctor who, at the beginning of the film, witnesses Rose’s patient commit suicide. Rose is haunted and smiles at Rose through the faces it has of others. The film’s impressive cast includes Bacon, Kal Penn and Robit Weigert as well as Jessie T. Usher, Judy Reyes, Judy Reyes, Caitlin Staney, Caitlin Streeter, Caitlin Stey, Kal Penn, Robit Weinert, Judy Reyes, and Jessie T. Usher.
