The heavy metal band’s new song comes ahead of the release of their new album The End, So Far, which consists of 12 tracks in total.

Slipknot release The Dying Song

Slipknot released their new song The Dying Song on Tuesday, July 19, ahead of their forthcoming album.

The video for the song was directed by Michael Shawn Crahan (aka Clown).

“New music, new art and new beginnings. Get ready for the end,”Crahan teased this in a press release.

The Dying Song starts with a a couple of lines from Corey Taylor and many fans have praised Jay Weinberg’s drumming in the track.

Fans are excited about the new album by Song

The Dying Song’s morbid lyrics have a lot of fans excited about the release of other songs from Slipknot’s seventh studio album The End, So Far.

Slipknot will also go on a tour

The band will also be starting their long-awaited tour this summer.

Their European tour runs from July 20th through August 19th. Shows will be held in Bulgaria and Romania as well as Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Slovakia.

The North American tour of the band starts in Nashville, September and ends in California, with gigs in Sacramento or Irvine.

Slipknot’s seventh studio album The End, So Far will be released on September 30th, 2022.
