Rylan Clark-Neal and his husband Dan Neal are set to divorce after failing to work out their problems, it has been reported.
The couple had been trying to work through their issues, after Rylan admitted earlier this year that he had “made a number of mistakes” and that their marriage had broken down.
According to the Daily Mail, their attempt to sort things out hasn’t worked and it now looks as if they are set to go their separate ways.
A source said: “Things were looking so good, like they were back together. They hoped they could avoid divorce, but it’s now looking like the only way forward.”

The insider said it was “very sad”, adding: “Many around them were desperately hoping they can win the battle to save their relationship.”
Rylan and Dan got engaged in 2014 after meeting when Dan was a contestant on Big Brother while the TV star was hosting spin-off Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.
They tied the knot the following year, and Rylan took his new hubby’s surname.
Earlier this year fans were worried when the presenter took a long break from social media and from his Radio 2 show, and in June he confirmed that his marriage had broken down.
He said at the time: “Following reports about Dan and I spending time apart, I feel I have to speak out as the way it is being reported is unfair.
“I have made a number of mistakes which I deeply regret and have inevitably led to the breakdown of our marriage.”

Rylan, 32, later returned to social media and thanked fans for their support and for being “patient”.
“I just wanted to write a message to thank you all for the love and kindness you’ve shown us,” he wrote.
“We are currently prioritising our mental health and looking after the ones around us we love most.”
