Since the Clue remake was first announced in 2018, there haven’t been too many updates outside of Ryan Reynolds starring in the whodunit. Recent developments have changed all of that. It is still happening years after the remake stopped, and recently, production took another major step.

Uziel will be rewriting the original screenplay from Rhett Wernick and Paul Reese after the success of the action romance-comedy. The movie script scribe is not yet certain if he will rewrite the entire film or just some scenes and characters.
