Rudy Giuliani is suing Judith Nathan for the money he owes her as part of their 2019 divorce settlement. According to Page SixNathan is suing Giuliani to recover $262,000. He is also demanding that Giuliani go to jail if he does not pay her in full. According to Nathan, the money was supposed to be used for things such as their West Palm Beach house and private club. Nathan claims Giuliani paid Nathan randomly over the years but that one check was rejected. “insufficient funds.”
According to the legal documents, Nathan may face imprisonment if Giuliani fails to pay Nathan in full and with any interest. Nathan believes her ex-husband will pay and stated that he has the money. “He owns multiple properties in New York City and Palm Beach [and it seems] he has significant earnings from his media-related contracts and deals.”
According to theDaily MailDominion Voting Systems has also sued Giuliani over $1.3 billion for claiming that their voting machines didn’t count correctly on purpose. While it’s not clear how the ex-lawyer’s financial situation is at present, his exwife does not seem to plan to change.
