Robert Plant and Alison Krauss Plot2022 “Raise the Roof” Tour

Robert Plant will join Alison Krauss next June on the road for the 12th time.

The duo will start a 10-date U.S. trek June 1st, 2022 at CMAC in Canandaigua. The trek will conclude June 16th at the Cadence Bank Amphitheatre in Chastain Park, Atlanta. Plant and Krauss will then travel to Europe and the U.K for a series of dates in June and July.

The tickets for the U.S. shows go on sale Dec. 3, at 10 a.m. (save for Atlanta’s final show, which goes on sale at 9 am. ET). A series of presales begins, however, on Nov. 29, More information is available here Plant and Krauss’ website.

The tour announcement coincides with the release of Plant and Krauss’ new album, Raising the RoofThe album will be released Friday, November 19. The album comes 13 years after the surprise 2007 hit. Raising SandThe album won five Grammys including Album of the year. Raising the RoofT-Bone Burnett, who also worked on the production of this album, produced it. Raising SandIt is a compilation of songs by Merle Haggard and Allen Toussaint as well as tracks by Bert Jansch and the Everly Brothers. “High and Lonesome.”
