Meg & Harry ‘setting up 11 firms in tax haven’

According to state filings 11 companies have been established by lawyers and business managers of the Duke and Duchess for the couple since April 2020.

They chose to establish the companies in Delaware, a domestic tax haven, rather than California, where they currently live and work.

Two of the companies are publishing firms, set up by attorney Richard Genow, who has worked with Meghan for Years, and the duchess’s business manager, money guru Andrew Meyer, reportsMail Online.

The first – Peca Publishing LLC – was used by Meghan to hold the rights for her children’s book The Bench.

The second – Orinoco Publishing LLC – is thought to have been set up to hold the rights for Harry’s in his bombshell memoir – due to be published later this year.

Cobblestone Lane LLC, which was established in February 2020 and bears the Archewell logo, are other companies that were set up by Sussexes.

Two others manage the royal’s netflix and Spotify deals – Archewell Audio LLC and Archewell Productions LLC.

There are two more “entertainment”One year later, companies were formed – Bridgemont LLC and Hampshire LLC.
