Autopsy records show that Mary Jane Thomas died from a collapsed lungs. The death was ruled accidental.
Thomas was traveling to Florida for elective surgery. He wanted to reverse Thomas’ breast augmentation and perform a liposuction operation on her stomach, stomach and arms. TMZ.According to the autopsy report the plastic surgeon accidentally hit an essential piece of tissue in the chest, which helps to remove fluids. As doctors were removing breast implants, the accident occurred. The autopsy report stated that Thomas was released from surgery and taken to the recovery room.
