According to a survey, US video streaming issues are affecting 70% of Americans and 22% are experiencing problems with the app. Downdetector.
8 percent of users complained that the website did not work correctly.
Around 12.30 EST, the site experienced a spike of reports.
The streaming giant had previously experienced technical difficulties in May, March and April.
Twitter was used by many users to discuss the streaming services connection.
“Netflix is your system down? It won’t let me play anything on my phone,”One user tweeted.
“Netflix is not working are the servers down?”A person tweets.
Netflix has yet to respond to the reports as of writing.
This comes after Netflix’s November 2021 series. The app reported outages and issues on November 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 15, 28 and 27.
During the January 17th, 2022 outage users posted on Down Detector to discuss their problems. “when i go into Netflix and try to play something the screen will freeze and bring me back to my home screen on my tv,”One person was identified.
“When I try to play something it just buffers,”Another note.
According to Down Detector’s map outages were more common in larger cities like Los Angeles.
