If you are feeling nervous about buying Christmas gifts this year, you’ve come to the right place, as one mum has revealed how she gets her two daughters amazing presents, whilst keeping the costs low.
Rachel Hutchinson, a mom-of-two, is also well-known via TikTok. ‘rachmariex’Recently,, shared a video of her Christmas presents haul from charity shop.
Rachel has 52.5k followers on YouTube and 1.1million likes. Her latest clip showcases her amazing bargain purchases.
Although parents might feel pressured to buy expensive gifts for their children, this mom proves that it is possible to still give your children great presents without spending a fortune.
Rachel was able to purchase a lot of wonderful gifts at the charity shop. Some even cost less than 49p.
She said: “What I’ve got so far for Christmas for my little girls from the charity shop.
“I got this Magic Maths set which was £2.99 and it is all there because I do double check.
“I got these bath bombs that have got slime inside, they were 99p.
“I got another Secret Safe diary because my other little girl has got one, that was £2.99.
“I got this huge bag of Barbies, there’s loads of different Barbies in here and I’m going to do them all up, dress them up, they don’t know any different and they were £3.99 and there’s absolutely loads in here, plus loads of little accessories.
“Then I got them this Shaking Surgeon game which was £2.50 and again all the pieces are here.

“I got them this Number Dominoes which was £2.49.
“This is the makeup box, it does open out and then pull out, you can open the top bit as well.
“I got them two pens, they were only 49p each and they’ve got sequins all around, I think they’ll absolutely love them”.
Rachel also managed to find some fantastic Disney toys.
She continued: “Then I got these Disney animations, I got two of the Elsa castle, they were £2.99 each and all of the pieces are inside – they’re £18 on Disney.
“I got the Rapunezel castle with all the bits as well, again this was £2.99 as well.
“Then I got the Tinkerbell one with all the pieces inside.
“I got this Frozen memory game.
“Then in here are LOL dolls, these all cost me £1.
“I know how expensive these are as I have actually once upon a time paid full price.
“Now if you do want a part two let me know as I have got so many more things for Christmas”.
TikTok users were very impressed with Rachel’s bargain charity shop haul, and at the time of writing, her video had only been posted to TikTok just 20 hours before, but it has quickly racked up 18.7k views.

Parents were quick to comment on how great Rachel’s charity shop presents were.
