A FED-UP mum has shared her hack for stopping her kids whining about being hungry after school, and people can’t believe that they haven’t thought of it themselves.

In the now-viral TikTok video, captioned: “Life changing mom hack for you!”, she explained how she had decided to change her approach to after-school eating.
The mum-of-four explained that: “After school, my kids are always begging for a snack, and then they never eat their dinner, so we switched it.”
To prevent her kids from filling up on snacks, Lauren decided to change her kids’ eating habits.
She explained: “Instead of having an after-school snack, we have after-school dinner. Dinner’s at four o’clock now, and if they’re hungry after that, then they can have a snack.”
