Watros escaped incarceration, but Rodriguez did not pass “Go.”She was sent straight to jail and served five days of severe time. But the true punishment was yet to come. Rodriguez was yet to learn from her mistakes. After being arrested for violating parole, Rodriguez’ legal woes did not end in 2006. PerTMZShe was sentenced to 60-days imprisonment, but she served only four hours because of overcrowding. Rodriguez was again sent back one year later after violating her parole terms.Reutersreported that she spent the holidays in Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton’s cooler of choice, the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California. Rodriguez, however, was not released in the blink of an eyes, as Hilty or LiLo were. She was hospitalized for six months.
