London West Hollywood: The 5-star Urban oasis in the City

The London Hotel was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it. The same earworm song is also available.

It was released by Young Thug, an American rapper in 2019. even made the list of Barack Obama’s end-of-year song picks list.

It’s a smooth, sexy, laid-back rap about what Young Thug, along with co-stars J Cole and Travis Scott – would get up to with their significant others at the hotel.

This song suggests a unique sexiness and clubby level privacy.

For a large hotel, it feels impressively secluded, with a blink-and-you’ll-miss it entrance marked only by a wrought iron gate.

While the corridors through labyrinthine mazes can seem confusing at times (I did lose my way once), it added an extra layer of mystery to me, as if no one would notice that I was even here.

This venue can also be used for big and glamorous events. There’s a huge movie theater on the ground floor which was developed in collaboration with Hollywood execs to provide the perfect viewing experience for screenings.

You’d be hard-pressed to find quiet in such a busy area of Los Angeles. The iconic Viper Room is just a few blocks away from the Sunset Strip. It can be found at the edge of West Hollywood.

Personal opinion: I believe that every hotel should be evaluated solely by its rooms. Although amenities can be great and the lobbies are lovely, it is not enough to judge a hotel by its rooms.

There is nothing to be disappointed about here. All rooms in the hotel are called suites. Even entry-level rooms can be considered junior suites. All rooms have a total of 750 square feet, which is equivalent to a studio apartment in NYC.

The Vista Suite featured a huge balcony with views of Downtown LA, as well as a large L-shaped sofa that was wrapped around the 32-inch LG TV.

The dressing room had mirrored cabinets and vanity. There was also a marble work table with several outlets. This was convenient enough to do remote work from anywhere.

Bathroom layout was unusual due to two support pillars. It had a large soaking tub and crisp white mosaic tiles. There is also a double-shower.

It is a tranquil space with a soothing beige and sage vibe that makes it feel like a refuge after an exhausting day of exploring the city.

Most suites include a balcony. Many rooms have views of the ocean. ‘Hampton Court’ The event space is outside, and when in use it is quite unremarkable. It does, we’re told, make for a great wedding spot.

Having been frustrated at some hotels by tiny safes that can’t even fit an iPad, it was also encouraging to find a safe that comfortably fit my laptop.

You will find a variety of beverages, including small bottles Johnnie Walker and snacks such as truffle chips or caramel popcorn, at the wet bar. There’s even a smartphone charging kit if you’re in a pinch and left yours at home.

Regardless of what’s going on in this space, the stunning view of downtown LA in the distance remains unchanged. As the sun sets behind the hotel’s skyline, it glows as if the city is in an alien world. Both evenings were spent on the balcony sipping wine and watching the light fade.

Every guest receives a continental breakfast at Boxwood Restaurant in the morning. You will be delighted with the extensive food selection. Highly recommended.

The rooftop pool offers spectacular views of LA and is the best place to go after breakfast. This rooftop pool is only available to guests of the hotel. It offers the ideal spot to relax in the Southern California sunshine.

The energy and calm of the venue was evident both days. Bar service and food are offered from 11am-6pm. You can reserve a poolside cabana starting at $650 or $1200 depending upon the season.

Many hotel gyms are merely afterthoughts, with drab exercise equipment in back rooms.

Here, it’s front-and-center. It is open 24 hours per day and offers heavy bags, spin bikes, weights, treadmills and ellipticals.

Reviews also mention the notoriously efficient concierge service, that’ll direct you to the hottest food truck in town, secure hard-to-get show tickets, or pull up the cost of a luxury car rental service.

We also took a peek at the penthouse and it’s truly unreal. It’s Los Angeles’ largest; 5,000-square-feet of indoor space, with 6,000-square feet of outdoor space. The price is $15,000 per night and includes a private steam room.

Two-story, two-bedroom home features interiors designed by VivienneWestwood. The Grand Salon dining area overlooks Beverly Hills. There’s also a private service entrance if you’re hosting, and atriums and a waterfall.

You can book a room starting from $395. It is a luxury hotel at an unbelievable price.
