Lacey Chabert’s life has sounded super spectacular lately. Recent news from the mother of one Filmed her latest Hallmark movie GroundswellIn HawaiiThe actress returned to the United States, where she celebrated Christmas Con alongside her fans. The Pasadena-based event brought together some Hallmark favourites and gave the actress the chance to catch up on some friends from the network, including former colleagues. Mean Girls co-star Jonathan Bennett. Needless to mention, I’ve never been more eager for Christmas movie season to start.
Lacey Chabert shared some of her favorite Christmas Con looks in a series posts, along with some Hallmark favourites, this weekend. Among these posts was this Instagram StoriesHer and her reunion Mean Girls co-star Jonathan Bennett. Bennett’s also been a staple on Hallmark in recent years, prominently appearing in The Christmas HouseThe sequel to it, as well as some Hallmark movies that are on the horizon.
Not content with a selfie, there were official photos taken at the event. Jonathan Bennett hosted and Lacey Chabert was the headliner.
While a reunion makes sense given their shared Hallmark background, it’s still sweet to see the two Mean GirlsStars catch up. This isn’t the first time the two have spent time together since Tina Fey’s 2005 comedy. They worked together on several projects, including It’s possible to do anything(2013) Los Angeles Singles – (also 2013). But, it’s high time for an actual Hallmark holiday movie reunion, just sayin.’
Jonathan Bennett wasn’t the only Hallmark star that Lacey Chabert caught up with. It’s Christmas Con so there were a slew of Hallmark stars on hand for the event. This included the most recent Danica McKelle, Hallmark defector and current GAC Family star Danica McKeller, and other notable names such as Alicia Witt (Brenan Elliot), Andrew Walker, Cameron Mathison, Ryan Paevey (who is also one the GAC Family names now), When the Heart Cries’s Jack Wagner and many many more. Lacey Chabert sat down with many of them, and shared a special BTS peek behind-the-scenes at Christmas Con.
Christmas Con 2022 held a special screening at Chabert’s upcoming movie. GroundswellEktor Rivera will star opposite her in the film. The Pasadena Convention Center hosted the screening. A host of Christmas-oriented personalities also attended the August 5th screening.
Sincere, I’m as excited for Chabert’s Hawaii-set movie as all the details we have learned. GroundswellThis weekend, and the whole weekend in general, has made me realize that we are only inches away from this Christmas movie season. This year will be big for Christmas fans with many networks to choose from.
GAC family, for its part, has already confirmed that holiday programming will start in earnest at October’s end. The season is almost upon us, and holiday movies won’t be coming soon enough.
