Lacey Chabert could be the Queen of Christmas on HallmarkAfter Candace Cameron Bure, the mainstay of GAF, left to join the cabler, an overall deal was signed to produce and star as a producer for new content. It turns out that some of the early aughts icons also love Christmas movies. Actually, I’m sure you remember what you did last SummerCast alumnus and fellow Party of FiveChabert and Jennifer Love Hewitt had an amicable exchange over Hallmark movies, Chabert’s new pajamas line, and Jennifer Love Hewitt as a star.
Jennifer Love Hewitt & Lacey Chabert seem to have forged a relationship decades ago, when they both appeared on the family drama. Party of Five. Both have had very distinct career paths in the intervening years, with Hewitt landing roles on projects like The Client ListAnd Criminal MindsAfter a successful career in early aughts movies, Chabert has now retired. Chabert was also a successful actor on the big screen in early aughts. However, she has moved to Hallmark’s family-friendly fare in recent years. And yet, they’re still seemingly close enough that when Chabert dropped a new line, she sent some of the cutest looks to her former co-star, who responded with enthusiasm–both about the pajamas, but also Chabert’s Hallmark career.
After Hewitt shared her kind words on social media, Lacey Chabert responded back, noting she’d sent enough product that her former co-star could match with her little girl in Mommy & Me looks, before they throw together some hot chocolate and kick off a Hallmark Movie Marathon complete with great title puns, of course.
Hewitt has three children: a daughter, two boys, Autumn and Atticus, as well as Aidan. Lacey Chabert, a mother to a daughter, created a clothing line for her daughter. HSNHer products were made for moms just like her. Pajamas with embroidery were among her many creations. “Big as the sky,”This is the Mean GirlsStar was once a phrase that her parents used to tell her. ‘I love you as big as the sky.” She now uses the phrase with her own daughter, Julia.
Chabert previously told Southern Living that items like the PJs and other loungewear, as well as cute dresses, were created with comfort in mind for all kinds of circumstances, including, I assume, movie marathons.
I wanted to create a line that felt super cozy and comfortable but also still cute and felt like it was something you could lounge around the house in, or go get coffee in, or I could drop my daughter off at school and feel like I was presentable but comfortable.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Love Hewitt isn’t the only celebrity pal of Chabert’s to try out the new clothing line. Danica McKellar, former Hallmark actress, tried the new line on just a few days back. Many other celebrities have reached out via Instagram to try it. Candace Cameron Bure shared her thoughts about the line. “YAAASSSS!!!!!!! Been waiting for this!!!!”Jennifer Garner wrote “Lacey!!! This is so cool, congratulations!!” Lacey Chabert’s Wedding VeilAllison Sweeney, co-star of the movie, simply wrote, “Amazing.”
This is a good way to get the word out about your new line. Meanwhile, jury’s out on whether Jennifer Love Hewitt and her Party of Five co-star will collaborate once more, but it’s nice to see them keeping tabs.
